Terms & Conditions

I understand:         

1. I am over the age of 18.

2. I’ve applied on behalf of a child and I’m their legal guardian.

3. All entries into “Dance to Dream” is by application only.

4. If approved, my registration fee is required and my photographic session must be booked.

5. Photographic sessions are during business hours only.

6. Hoffa Studios Photography will donate my registration fee on my behalf.

7. My donation fee is non-refundable.

8. Digital files and prints are NOT included in the registration fee and images are available to purchase during the viewing session.

9. My $250 credit to spend towards additional photographs only, and cannot be used as a donation.

10. My $250 credit is valid for new orders only, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

11. The selection of image/s is my choice and will be published in “Dance to Dream”.

12. The final layout of “Dance to Dream” is done by the discretion of Hoffa Studios Photography and I relinquish any right to view or approve any layout design.

13. “Dance to Dream” book is available for purchase during my viewing session

14. All photographs during my photographic session are taken by Hoffa Studios Photography, and no other photography is prohibited during my photographic session.

15. Copying any images is strictly prohibited.

16. Hoffa Studios Photography has permission to use any of my images from my photographic session for promotional & advertising use.
