Hoffa Studios Photography reserves to right to utilise any photographs or videos taken during a photographic session for promotional and advertising purpose.

Any photography or videography (other than a Hoffa Studios Photography Team) including mobile devices is strictly prohibited during the session, including the viewing and purchasing appointment.

Gift Vouchers
A photographic session must be booked before the expiry date but can take place within 3 months after.

A $250 holding deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session and will be credited toward your final order.
If you choose not to proceed with an order after your session the holding deposit becomes non-refundable and the gift credit is forfeited.

Orders must be placed within two weeks of your session otherwise the gift credit becomes unredeemable.

Gift vouchers are valid for new orders only are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers
or other vouchers.

You may book a session with another dancer who has a gift voucher to share the experience,
however, seperate orders must be placed.

Bookings

All bookings must be made by an individual over the age of 18.

​

Rescheduling a Session
If you need to reschedule an additional $150 holding deposit is required which will be credited toward your order.

Session Cancellations

A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for cancellations otherwise the session fee or holding deposit becomes non-refundable.

Shoot Preparation 

Fill out the Questionnaire before your session.

Acknowledge that Hoffa Studios Photography is a high-end fine art photography brand that specialises in creating artistic printed artwork rather than solely providing digital files.

Hoffa Studios Photography is a high-end photography brand, so please be aware of prices before your session.

Hair & Makeup
A Fine Art Photographic Session includes professional hair and makeup for one person.

 

If additional hair and makeup is required please let Hoffa Studios Photography know as soon as possible, so Hoffa Studios Photography can provide another HMUA if needed -  A $250 fee per person is applied.

Photographic Session
If the session involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the photographic session.

Photography or videography including mobile devices is strictly prohibited during the session, including the viewing and purchasing appointment. Hoffa Studios Photography own the copyright to imagery produced in the studio.

Warm up time is provided during the session.
The dancer, parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for any injuries if sustained during the session.

​

 

Viewing your Photographs

Each session includes a same-day viewing and purchasing appointment.

​

Additional viewing sessions can be booked for $150, payable upon completion of the photographic session.

​

Photography or videography including mobile devices is strictly prohibited during the session, including screen recording during a Zoom session. Hoffa Studios Photography own the copyright to imagery produced in the studio.

Purchasing
Orders must be placed within two weeks of the session.

​

Payment Plans are available.

Full payment is required before the release of digital files or printed products.

​

​

Collections & Postage
Orders are to be collected from  the Hoffa Studios Photography Studio Location.

Shipping is available for a minimum fee of $50.

Image Storage & Backup Policy

Hoffa Studios Photography does not retain copies of your images; and is not responsible for the storage or preservation of your images in the event of archival loss or damage.

It is advisable to regularly create copies and backups of your images.

​

If an order is not placed within six months of your session, your images will be deleted and permanently removed from the Hoffa Studios Photography's server.
